Ma vie... mes vignes
Le Clos Teisseire est un authentique petit nid qui tutoie les cimes Pyrénéennes sur un terroir argilo-calcaire.
Le vignoble s’étend sur 10 hectares en appellation AOC Limoux et IGP Haute Vallée de l’Aude sur des coteaux à 250 mètres d’altitude, exposé plein sud, avec un rendement de 25Hl/Ha.
Le vignoble est conduit de manière raisonnée, basé essentiellement sur l’observation de la végétation, dans un souci du respect de l’environnement.
C’est en 2016 que je décide de quitter mon métier d’infirmière pour me consacrer au métier de vigneronne en reprenant les vignes de mon beau-père.
L’aventure démarrera vraiment avec la création d’un chai et d’un caveau de dégustation.
Travailler la terre pour emmener ma passion jusqu’à la vinification était pour moi une évidence.
L’assemblage Chardonnay-Chenin millésime 2016 « Vue sur ciel » signera ma première cuvée, me confortant dans cette nouvelle route choisie.
My life... my vines
Clos Teisseire is an authentic little haven nestled at the foot of the Pyrenees, on a clay-limestone terroir.
The vineyard spans 10 hectares in the AOC Limoux and IGP Haute Vallée de l'Aude appellations, on south-facing slopes at an altitude of 250 meters, with a yield of 25 hl/ha.
The vineyard is managed with a sustainable approach, primarily based on the observation of the vegetation, with a deep respect for the environment.
In 2016, I made the decision to leave my career as a nurse to dedicate myself to winemaking by taking over my father-in-law's vines.
The adventure truly began with the creation of a winery and a tasting room.
Working the land to bring my passion all the way through to winemaking seemed like an obvious choice to me. The 2016 Chardonnay-Chenin blend "Vue sur Ciel" marked my first vintage, affirming my commitment to this new path I had chosen.

Mes vendanges sont 100% manuelles, avec des raisins ramassés en caissettes.
Le domaine propose 4 cuvées, avec, pour chacune, sa typicité, sa fraîcheur et sa minéralité :
- « Vue sur Ciel » un assemblage de chardonnay 50% -chenin 50%
- « Optime » un Chardonnay Limoux Blanc élevé en barriques
- « 43.124N – 2.282E » un vin rouge 100% Pinot noir
- « On dirait le sud » un vin rosé 100% Syrah

My harvests are 100% manual, with grapes picked into crates.
The estate offers 4 different cuvées, each with its own unique character, freshness, and minerality:
• "Vue sur Ciel": A blend of 50% Chardonnay and 50% Chenin
